  Even more important than exercise for many of these kids, however, is therapy. Therapy can take place in a one-on-one session with a psychiatrist, or it can take place in a therapeutic community. Specialty camps for depressed children are becoming more popular these days, and they might be a good option if your child is suffering from these problems.
